Having an education as a top scorer engineer blended with management finance degree, Mr Dhirendra Doshi is having professional focused experience of more than 36 years in the area of power generation, distribution and all kind of commercial activities related to power. As soon as completing his engineering in 1983; Mr Doshi has served Elecon Engineering Co. Ltd for one year and then served power stations of GEB for 13 years.

From 1997 to Sept-2012, he served in commerce department in GEB / GUVNL / Uttar Gujarat Vij Company limited (UGVCL).He started career with mere Apprentice Engineer in Elecon Engineering Co. Ltd. and has become Additional Chief Engineer (at record young age amongst all Discoms) in UGVCL. His hard work and dedication has updated and sharpen his knowledge and developed skill in areas of commercial issues like power trading, wind farm, solar, legal disputes, analysing and advising for the agreements to be executed for the above aspects, all procedures related to HT consumers, filing tariff and other petitions before GERC / Court and auditing the energy bill etc. Throughout the time frame his success mantra is to think out of box and to deliver beyond satisfaction of stake holders. In sept-2012, at the age of 50, he resigned from UGVCL and started this company.

He is among one of the few persons in Gujarat State having such a vast experience and in-depth knowledge of above aspects. His such wide experience and professional knowledge has resulted into ability for reduction of the power cost, avoiding / resolving legal disputes in most satisfactory manner etc.

Out of his so many milestones, one is that he flatten load curve of UGVCL and earned Rs. 195 Crore in UI charges for UGVCL in FY 2010-11.

He is appointed as Chairman of Energy Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ahmedabad since year 2019-20.
